The 2020 Hampton Roads Business Hall of Fame Honorees Announced Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads is proud to announce the 2020 Hampton Roads Business Hall of Fame inductees. Laureates for 2020 include: Betsy Atkinson – Broker Owner, Atkinson Realty & Sandbridge Realty Gilbert T. Bland – President and CEO, Urban League of Hampton Roads Howard P. Kern – President and CEO, Sentara Healthcare Jesse Waltz –Owner, JES Foundation Repair. Since 1985, the Hampton Roads Business Hall of Fame honors individuals whose business innovations, effective management, and civic involvement have made a difference in companies and communities across Hampton Roads. This year’s laureates join a distinguished group of over 90 men and women who have been inducted into the Hampton Roads Business Hall of Fame since its founding. An induction ceremony will be held on Thursday evening, March 28, 2019 at the Hilton Norfolk-The Main. All proceeds from this event will benefit Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads to support local students as they strive to follow in the footsteps of our noteworthy honorees.
